Our handmade pieces
Missy Jane Art offers handmade jewelry and art, including one-of-a-kind pieces. Please read the description, measurements, and photographs before ordering. Small variations in handmade materials and differences in screen color are normal; they do not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description. The Gallery of Past Work shows examples that may no longer be available to purchase.
Prices, payment, and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax and shipping are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment must be approved before an order is fulfilled. Items are subject to availability.
If a stock discrepancy or listing error prevents us from fulfilling your order as placed, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and refund the affected purchase and shipping charges.
Shipping, returns, and custom orders
Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy form part of these purchase terms. Custom-order specifications, prices, and production timelines will be agreed separately before purchase.

Please provide accurate contact and shipping information, and keep any account login details private. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use it for fraudulent orders.
Artwork and website content
Buying a piece gives you ownership of the physical item, but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless agreed in writing. Please obtain permission before reproducing our original artwork, photographs, or written content for commercial use.
Policy changes and your rights
We may update these terms and policies for future purchases. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
