Missy Jane Art currently ships within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. International shipping and local pickup are not currently offered. For shipping questions, email missyjane@missyjaneart.com.
Shipping charges
The current shipping charge is $7.95 per item. For example, two items have a shipping charge of $15.90. The per-item charge applies even when items are packaged together. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and dispatch
Ready-made, in-stock orders normally ship within 5 business days after payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Custom or commissioned work has a separate production timeline, which will be discussed before you order.
Delivery and tracking
Processing time is separate from USPS transit time. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, holidays, and other carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking details will be provided when your order is shipped.
Addresses and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we can usually correct it before dispatch. An address change may not be possible once a package is shipped.
If tracking stops updating, your package does not arrive, or your order arrives damaged, contact us so we can help investigate with USPS and arrange an appropriate resolution. If a package is returned because an address was entered incorrectly, we will contact you about reshipping or an eligible refund; additional postage may apply if you choose reshipping.
